I’ve been struggling with how to have a unique website and meet the needs of my group for a long time but have finally found a solution. After convention last year i decided that I needed a new website of my own design. So I did it! It’s still a work in progress as I load more and more documents and information into the site but it is up and available for you to use. It is intended to be an archive of all the information I’ve collected over the years on various health issues.

We’re a group of friends and family that like to ride motorcycles and 4 wheelers. What surprises most others is the type of riding we do and our age. Most riders crazy enough to ride the way we do are in their teens and 20’s, maybe 30’s. Just going level on a trail has lost it’s thrill for our group, so we look for steep, very steep hills and cliffs to go up. There is quite a sense of competition to see who can get to the top. It’s a matter of skill and stamina as well as courage. We eat breakfast before we go out for the day but we are gone and busy riding until dark, so there is no time to stop and eat, execpt for a few snacks. NingXia Red in it’s travel packaging is part of our boost in the morning and during the day whenever we need that extra kick. NingXia Red helps us have the energy and stamina to ride all day.
When I was a young child I developed pneumonia and was put under a tent in the hospital. As years went by, I developed seasonal allergies. By the time I was 12, when I would run laps for P.E. class, I would wheeze so hard I could hardly breathe. But, after a warm shower it would clear up and even doctors saw no need to limit my behavior or prescribe medicine. Thank Heaven!
Recently, the seasonal allergies returned and so did the asthma without any activity to cause an attack. I realized what it was one day and decided I needed to use the oils and see if they would help.
I got a stainless saucepan and put it on the stove with water. I added Lavender, Roman Chamomile, and Frankincense to the water and inhaled the steam. I had immediate relief. I felt much better and even now that its been about five days, the tightness in my chest has been relieved and not returned.

An essential oil is any concentrated, hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants, which are called aromatic herbs or aromatic plants. They are also known as volatile or ethereal oils, or simply as the “oil of” the plant material from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. Oil is “essential” in the sense that it carries a distinctive scent, or essence, of the plant. Essential oils do not, as a group, need to have any specific chemical properties in common, beyond conveying characteristic fragrances. They are not to be confused with essential fatty acids.
Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation. Other processes include expression, or solvent extraction. They are used in perfumes, cosmetics and bath products, for flavoring food and drink, and for scenting incense and household cleaning products.
Various essential oils have been used medicinally at different periods in history. Medical applications proposed by those who sell medicinal oils range from skin treatments to remedies for cancer, and are often based on historical use of these oils for these purposes. Such claims are now subject to regulation in most countries, and have grown correspondingly more vague, to stay within these regulations.
Interest in essential oils has revived in recent decades, with the popularity of aromatherapy, a branch of alternative medicine which claims that the specific aromas carried by essential oils have curative effects. Oils are volatilized or diluted in a carrier oil and used in massage, or burned as incense, for example.

Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils and other aromatic compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person’s mood or health. Essential oils differ in chemical composition from other herbal products because the distillation process only recovers the lighter phytomolecules. For this reason essential oils are rich in monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, as well as other VOC substances.
Aromatherapy is a generic term that refers to any of the various traditions that make use of essential oils sometimes in combination with other alternative medical practices and spiritual beliefs. Popular use of these products include massaging products, medicine, or any topical application that incorporates the use of essential oils to their products. It has a particularly Western currency and persuasion. Medical treatment involving aromatic compounds may exist outside of the West, but may or may not be included in the term ‘aromatherapy’.
I’m so glad that I have Master Hers. When I’m pregnant I prefer to take Master Hers over Prenatal Vitamins. Prenatals make me more nauseous than I already am. When I take Master Hers I’m getting even more vitamins and less nausea. How wonderful is that! Just remember to eat a box of raisins every day for their iron content.
I dislocated my shoulder one night while sleeping. My arm had fallen asleep and as I rolled over my arm did not come with me. So, we went to the emergency room. While in the waiting room we applied Oregano, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Marjoram Essential Oils. Just about anything we had with us at the moment.
When we finally saw the Dr. he asked if I needed to take any pain relievers, so that I could relax enough to relocate my humorous into socket. I told him that I didn’t need any because the oils had kicked in. I was able to relieve the pain enough that I did not need any medication; that night or the next day. I didn’t even take home the prescription. The next morning I was able to lift my arm enough to curl my hair.
My little girls started getting those unmistakable signs of chicken pox, which had been going around the neighborhood at the time. Red dots all over their body had appeared, starting on their torso, and blisters on their fingers and toes. As soon as I saw these I whipped out my oils.
I put Oregano, Thyme, Thieves and Peppermint essential oils on their backs using the raindrop technique. Well, I guess it’s a short version. I just bared their backs, threw on the oils and feathered it in with the back of my finger nails. I did this about three times a day for the next three or four days.
I began as soon as I saw blisters starting to appear on their fingers and or toes. I stopped it dead in its tracks. I never saw another blister past their fingers or toes. The blisters and dots receded. My girls didn’t get a fever, itchy or anything past that. I was so grateful. I love using essential oils.
I love using this product. I have four very small children. My oldest, is only five. I love being able to use this product as I clean. My kids love to help me clean. They look at my cleaning bottles, tip them over, try to use it themselves, spray it on the walls, spray each other, start scrubbing and getting it all over everywhere, etc..
There isn’t a poison control or warning label on the bottle because it is all natural, so gentle and yet, effective. I don’t have to worry whether my children get a hold of the bottle. I don’t have to worry about my walls, carpet, my children’s clothing, my children ingesting the product or getting it on their sweet little hands or spraying it in their mouths. I don’t even have to make sure there is a window open or that my baby is on the floor with me breathing the fumes; no matter what I’m cleaning.
My daughter even had a rash and I didn’t know what else to put on it. So, I put Thieves Cleaner on it. It did the job! It killed the bacteria, or whatever it was, and was so gentle on her skin.
It smells wonderful and so pleasant. I enjoy cleaning with this product. The smell is uplifting and I’m comfortable knowing I’m safe from harsh chemicals. It cleans everything, everywhere.
